All services are subject to formal agreement between Vitez Rioma and the client. Specific terms, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service contracts.
Payments must follow agreed terms as specified in service contracts. Standard payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
Product availability, particularly for import/export and oil products, depends on current market conditions and supplier availability. We commit to transparent communication regarding any availability changes.
Any disputes arising from our services are subject to the jurisdiction of the company's registered office location in New Delhi, India.
Vitez Rioma reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes with reasonable advance notice.
